1、［摘要］民营企业经过长足的发展，已经成为国民经济的重要组成部分，成为中国经济持续、快速发展的动力之源。自07年到现在，世界经济长期低迷，屮国经济受外部环境影响再也无法“独善其身”，经济下滑明显。在低迷的市场环境下，民营企业融资难的问题更加凸显，80%以上的民营企业经营者很难获得稳定的追加资金。民营企业融资困难，已成为制约其发展的最大瓶颈。资金的合理安排和运作，即资金的运用效率，成为民营企业业务运营的核心。对于民营企业而言，资金管理贯穿于企业的采购、生产、销售等各个环节，企业能否体现其整体效应和协同效应与企业资金管理的模式、

2、效率密不可分。企业资金管理有多种模式，在不同的经营环境体制下，企业应该依据不同情况选择最适合自身的资金管理模式，从而使企业资金管理达到均衡和高效的目标。笔者试图通过对所在的A集团公司进行的资金运营改革来分析市场经济低迷的情况下民营企业应该如何提高资金运营的效率，使企业的利益最大化。因此加强资金管理有着十分重大的意义。［关键字］资金效率；资金管理模式；营运资金管理Abstractprivateenterpriseshasbecomeanimportantpartofnationaleconomy，asChina'ssusta
