2、tenttherewith,本章程中，除非题目或上下文所述，否则法令附件中表A并不适用且不相一致： "Affiliate"ofacompanyorcorporationshallmeananycompany,corporation,orotherentitythatcontrols,iscontrolledby,orisundercommoncontrolwith,thespecifiedcompanyorcorporation,withinthemeaningofRule144oftheSecuritiesAct.关联方指在144规则的范围内，

3、就特定实体而言，控制该特定实体，或被该特定实体控制，或与该特定实体处于他人共同控制下的任何公司、组织或其他实体。 "Articles"meanstheseArticlesasoriginallyframedorasfromtimetotimealteredbySpecialResolution.章程指最初制定的并经特别决议不时修改的本章程。 "Auditors"meansthepersonsforthetimebeingperformingthedutiesofauditorsoftheCompany.审计师指担任公司审计职责的人士。 "Boar
