1、心理干预在呼吸重症病房老年女性患者中的应用魏丽华(商丘市第一人民医院呼吸重症医学RICU河南商丘476100)［摘要］目的：探讨心理干预在呼吸重症病房老年女性患者中的应用效果。方法：选取2014年2月~2015年2月期间到我院呼吸重症病房住院的60例老年女性患者作为研究对象，分为对照组和观察组。对照组每组28例，采用常规护理；观察组32例，在常规护理的基础上给予心理干预。采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)评价护理干预前后患者的抑郁和焦虑程度，并采用自制的满意度调查问卷对患者的满意度进行评价。结果：对照组患者的SDS评分、SA
2、S评分分别为(63.1±7.4)、(67.7±8.2)，观察组患者的SDS评分、SAS评分分别为(52.5±6.2)、(53.4±5.8)。两者分別相比，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者的满意度为71.43%(20/28),观察组患者的满意度为84.38%(27/32)，两组相比，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：心理干预可以明显降低呼吸重症病房老年女性患者的抑郁和焦虑程度，改善患者的心理状态，提高生活质量。同时还可显著提高患者满意度，促进护患关系和谐发展。［关键
