6、lytotheinternalwaters,territorialseas,contiguouszones,exclusiveeconomiczonesandcontinentalshelvesofthePeople'sRepublicofChinaandallotherseaareasunderthejurisdictionofthePeople'sRepublicofChina.Allunitsandindividualsengagedinnavigation,exploration,exploita
7、tion,production,tourism,scientificresearchorotheroperationsintheseaareasunderthejurisdictionofthePeople'sRepublicofChina,orengagedinoperationsinthecoastallandareaswhichhaveimpactonthemarineenvironmentshallcomplywiththisLaw.ThisLawshallalsoapplytopollution
