7、查者用左手将两侧阴唇分开，右手将窥器斜行沿着阴道后侧壁缓慢插入阴道内，插入后逐渐旋转至前方，摆正后缓慢张开两叶，暴露宫颈、阴道壁及穹窿部，然后旋转至一侧以暴露侧壁。观察阴道粘膜、阴道分泌物及宫颈有无异常。 3．双合诊：检查者戴手套，右手（或左手）食中两指顺阴道后壁轻轻插入，检查阴道通畅度和深度，再扪及宫颈大小、形状硬度及外口情况，有无接触性出血。随后将阴道内两指放在宫颈后方，另一只手手掌心朝下手指平放在患者腹部平脐处，当阴道内手指向上向前抬举宫颈时，腹部手
