6、ationandconstructionsitesafetyregulationstoensure填表说明一、填写申报表应一律打印，所填内容要真实，应填写的项目，不得空缺。对于没有内容的项目，在项目栏内填写“无”。二、申报人应重点填写担任现专业技术职务以来的工作情况，任现职称以前的工作情况只做简述。三、申报人填写的申报表只在当年的评审工作中一次性使用，评审通过的，申报表由单位人事部门存入申报人的人事档案。评审未通过的，再申报时应补充新材料，重新填写。四、“破格、免试申报理由”栏目的填写：对于符合文件规定的破格、免试申报人员，应写明文件号、符合的条款。除上述人员外，应写明主要原因、办
