1、FSAE电动赛车前悬架结构设计与分析摘要:本毕业设计对FSAE赛车前悬架的结构及特点进行比较,综合比对选取适合的悬架结构形式,最终确立FSAE电动赛牢的前悬架采用双横臂式悬架结构;根据赛车参数,进行了大量的计算,根据数据确立了前悬架的尺寸,材料,以及悬架部件的选取以及参数,对影响安全性的零件,例如横向稳定杆和缓冲块都有明确的计算与设计,然后进行ADAMS建模、优化,最终确认主销外倾角,主销内倾角,均满足设计要求。随之选用proe软件对FSAE前悬架实施3D图形的创造;在建立三维模型的过程中,根据零件的三维坐标,生成三维模型,这样的精确度高。再后,使用有限元分析软件ANSYS对整
2、体结构进行静态分析和动态分析,在静态分析中,均符合设计要求,在动态分析屮,着重对在0.5g加速状态和0.95g转弯状态下进行有限元分析,前悬架下控制器在这两种严格的工况丁,所产生的应力集屮问题,和应力变形问题,对这两种问题进行分析比对,对应力集中现象,都小于材料的屈服极限,说明满足安全的要求,对应力变形问题,也同样满足设计要求。本次FSAE赛车的前悬架完全符合设计要求。关键词:FSAE赛车;悬架;校核;有限元;DesignandAnalysisofFrontSuspensionStructureofFSAEElectricRacingAbstract:Thisgraduatio
