1、凝聚胺法及微柱凝胶法同型交叉配血的结果分析晏红兰玉梅(江油市第二人民医院检验科四川江油621701)【摘要】目的：研究两种方法同型交叉配血的结果及其对于临床安全输血的意义。方法：分别用两种方法对360份临床受血者标木进行交叉配血，仔细观察并记录交叉配血结果。结果：360份临床受血者标木用微柱凝胶法有349份标木配血结果相合(主侧或次则无凝集无溶血为相合)，有11份标木结果为&plUSmn;〜+的凝集，为配血不相合(主侧或次侧有凝集或溶血为不相合)；凝聚胺法有357份标木为配血结果相合，有3份标木为配血
