2、規模對工廠經營績效、資源配置策略與核心資源均不顯著,此警訊值得計畫性生產工廠引為借境.(2)計畫性生產工廠近來資源配置策略均採成本領導策略,對經營效率非最佳地資源配置策略.(3)核心資源組合與資源配置策略所造成經營績效有較大變異,並影響整體經營績效.研究中亦發現建立一套系統性地「資源配置策略、核心資源、經營績效」關係模式,其分析模式可作為考核計畫性生產工廠資源配置策略,較明確地系統性績效評估制度,為當務之急,可避免資源浪費,增進整體國防力量.關鍵詞：績效評估、資源配置策略、核心資源AStudyontheRelationofthePerfor
