2、据中华人民共和国相关劳动法律法规，甲、乙双方在平等自愿协商一致的基础上签订本补充合同作为双方劳动合同的附件，共同遵照执行。Article1-JobPositionandDuties第一条工作岗位和工作内容1.PartyBagreestotakethepositionas_,accordingtoPartyA’sneeds.PartyBshallfulfillhis/herresponsibilitiesandreachthetargetssetforthbyPartyAandacceptPartyA’sassessmen

5、uringthecontractterm,PartyBisregardedasincompetentforthepositionPartyAhastherighttoadjustPartyB’spositionortotrainPartyB.4．乙方未履行工作职责或履行职责不符合要求或经考核后乙方未达到考核标准的，在试用期内视为乙方不符合录用条件，甲方可直接解除劳动合同。在试用期之外的合同期内，视为乙方不胜任本合同所约定的岗位工作，甲方可调整乙方的工作岗位或对乙方进行培训。5.PartyAshallgivePartyBw

6、rittennoticeifPartyAwantstoadjustPartyB’sposition.PartyBshallbegintoworkinthenewpositionaccordingtothetermssetforthinthewrittennotice.Otherwise,PartyBshallberegardedasinasituationofabsenteeism.PartyB’ssalaryshallbealsoadjustedaccordingtothenewposition.5．甲方调整乙方的工作
