1、电视胸腔镜微创手术用于肺癌治疗中的临床效果　　摘要：目的分析肺癌患者的治疗中应用电视胸腔镜微创手术的临床效果。方法随机选择2013年8月～2015年8月在本院接受治疗的肺癌患者50例参与研究，随机平均分成2组，对照组应用常规开胸手术进行治疗，选择传统后外侧切口根治性肺癌切除、淋巴结清扫，观察组选择电视胸腔镜微创手术进行治疗，对患者实施肺癌切除、淋巴结清扫，比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后胸腔引流量以及淋巴结清除数量等疗效指标情况。结果观察组手术时间长于对照组，术中出血量、住院时间、术后胸腔引流量均优于对照组，两组淋巴结清除数量没有明显
