1、郑州大学西亚斯国际学院本科毕止论丈题目我国装备制造业发展的现状、指导教师问题与对策赵显洲职称副教授学生姓名敬若贝学号20101234109专业经济学班级一班院（系）商学院经贸系完成时间2014年4月8日我国装备制造业发展的现状、问题与对策摘要装备制造业是制造业的核心部分，是W民经济发展特别是工业发展的基础。木文以近十年数据为样木研宄了我国装备制造业发展，研究发现：目前我国装备制造业产值规模居世界之首，产出呈上升趋势、就业规模逐年增长、所冇制结构呈多元化趋势，但绩效分化严重、区域分布主要集屮在我国东南沿海等发达省市等；此外，我国装备制造业目前存在产业附加值低

2、、竞争力不强、科技创新能力不足、市场认同率不高、高端技术人力资本短缺等问题。揭示出我们要想从装备大国走向装备强国，首先要内修外引，即一方面靠国家政府的力量，另一方面要合理引进国外的技术和管理经验；其次，企业要制定出切实可行的发展方针战略;最重要的是，我们要能够研发出有独占性的产品，要有自己的品牌跟号召力，只有这样中国冰能真正走上装备强国之路。关键词：装备制造现状问题对策OnChina’sEquipmentmanufacturingIndustry:StatusQuo,problemsandCountermeasuresAbstractTheequipmen
