1、IOL—Master测量硅油填充眼眼轴长及人工晶体度数的准确性研究【摘要】目的探讨采用光学相干生物测量仪IOL-Master测量硅油填充眼眼轴长及人工晶体度数的准确性。方法拟行硅油取出联合白内障超声乳化摘除及人工晶体植入术的硅油眼患者36例(36只眼),使用IOL-Master测量并比较硅油取出前及术后1个月的眼轴长度,行玻璃体腔硅油取出联合白内障超声乳化摘除同时植入IOL-Master测量所得人工晶体度数,比较预估屈光度数与术后1个月电脑验光所测等效球镜值。结果36例患者手术顺利,行硅油取出前IOL-Master测量平均眼轴(24.75土2.41)mm与术后1个
2、月的(24.52±2.39)mm比较,术前IOL-Master测量所得人工晶体度数植入后的预估平均屈光度数(-0.51±0.12)D与术后1个月电脑验光所测等效球镜平均值(-0.57±0.18)Dt匕较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论IOL-Master测量硅油眼轴长的准确性IOL-Master测量人工晶体度数,可直接应用于行硅油取出联合白内障超声乳化摘除及人工晶体植入的患者。【关键词】光学相干生物测量仪IOL-Master;眼轴;人工晶体;硅油眼DOI:10.14163/j.cnki.ll-5547/r.2016.27.017[Abstract]Obj

7、icalcoherenceinterferometrylOL-Master;Axisoculi;Artificiallens;Siliconeoileye随着玻璃体视网膜手术的日渐成熟,术后硅油眼有着很好的矫正视力,但由于并发性白内障是玻切联合硅油填充术后的常见并发症,大多数手术医生和患者愿意选择在视网膜病变治愈后,行手术取出硅油的同时联合白内障摘除及人工晶体植入[1,2]。由于硅油的声速值与玻璃体的声速值差异很大,传统的A超测算硅油填充眼轴长困难,很难捕捉到视网膜反射像[3]。眼科lOL-Master的发明,为硅油眼并发白内障的患者带来了曙光,本文探讨lOL-M
