6、yclosedandtiedtonationstates.Thereforeitmakessensetothinkexclusivelyintermsofnationalsocialpoliciesthatserveanation’spopulation.•Socialandeconomicissuesareandshouldbealmostcompletelyseparate.Indeed,thetwoareviewedasconflictingbecauseresourcesaredrawna
