1、我国企业内部审计问题的研宄专业：会计学（ACGA方向）学生：杨薪瀚指导教师：黄蕾摘要随着我国市场经济的发展与科学技木的进步，企业的生存坏境变得越来越复杂，同时企业的规模也不断扩大，业务范围不断拓宽，使得企业经营风险大大增加，企业内部审计系统的完善也就显得尤为重要。现在国内企业在内部审计的定位、机构设置等方面存在很多认识上的偏差，从而引发实际运行误区，其主要表现是内部审计不能满足企业管理模式需要；内部审计职能所涉及的领域偏窄；企业对内部审计的不重视，内部审计人员对工作认识不足；企业内部审计独立性不强等方面。为了提升企业效益，维护企业社会形象，从而建立一个良好的市

2、场机制，探索在现代企业中如何建立和完善内部审计制度，以便更加充分发挥内部审计的作用。本文从对内部审计的定义以及其存在的重要性谈起，逐步探讨其存在的问题，通过查找文献、举例等定量定性的研究方法，来研究我国企业目前在内部审计方面存在的不足和有待完善之处，从而找出相应的应对改进措施和建议。关键词：内部审计现状问题对策ResearchontheproblemofinternalauditinenterprisesofChinaMajor:accounting(ACCA)Student:YangXinHanSupervisor:HuangLeiAbstractWitht
