1、我国竞技体育后备人才科技文献的发展趋势研究王衍卜韩晓伟北京体育大学研宄生院首都体育学院研宄生院部摘要：随着新奥运周期的到来，体育体制的深入改革对我国竞技体育后备人才培养提出了更高的要求。运用文献资料法、词频分析法、社会网络分析法、数理统计法等研宄方法，结合科学计量学相关理论，以中国知网（CNK1）刊载的后备人j领域的科技文献作为调查对象，对我国竞技体育后备人才科技文献的发展趋势进行研宄，旨在促进我国竞技体育的持续健康发展。研宄得出：我国竞技体育后备人才的理论研究缺乏，各期刊的载文分布情况不均衡；国内竞技体育后备人才的研宂热点主要集中在体教结合、人才培养、可持续发展、体育管
