1、手术室优质护理对急诊手术患者生理、心理的影响王红河北省第七人民医院手术室河北定州073000【摘要】目的：探讨手术室优质护理实施对急诊手术患者的生理及心理影响。方法：选取我院急诊手术患者200例作为木次研究的研究对象，将入患者进行随机分组，分为观察组和对照组两组，每组组内各毡含100例研宄对象。对照组患者给予常规手术室急诊护理，观察组患者给予手术室优质护理干预。结果：观察组患者和对照组患者护理干预前，其SAS评分和SDS评分相当，比较差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05；t=2.893；t=1.784)；观察组患者手术前后的呼吸频
2、率、心跳频率以及血压水平均保持在一个比较稳定的状态，比较差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05,t=1.783；t=2.399；t=1.482)。对照组患者手术后与手术前相比，其呼吸频率和心跳频率显著加快、血压水平出现较大波动，比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05,t=11.756；t=12.367；t=11.534)。观察组和对照组患者的临床护理满意度分别为96.0%和84.0%,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05;X2=6.083)。结论：急诊手术患者实施优质手术室护理干预能够使患者的手术生理及心理均保持在较为良好
