1、工商管理硕士英语毕业论文Thestudyaboutthecorporatesocialresponsibilityofthesmallandmedium-->Abstract:摘要小型和中型民营企业在中国温州市已被选中作为研究对象，其企业社会责任已经深入研究的调查方法。调查内容涉及为导向的企业社会责任等诸多方面的影响，企业社会责任的商业利益，有能力的企业承担相应的社会责任，企业承担社会责任的动机，企业的社会之间的关系责任和企业行业的可持续管理，以及其影响的价值和回报的企业社会责任的认知，企业的社会责任管理机构，企业的公益性捐赠频率和相关的企业形象的建立;社会责任和经营状

2、况之间的承诺。调查结果表明，在中国的小型和中型的企业社会责任，有很多问题。这些问题主要分为四个方面。第一个是企业文化建设的滞后。第二个是企业不重视产品的质量。第三个是在企业的发展中普遍存在的劳动权利问题。最后一个是，企业并没有理会在其发展的环保。因此，研究对小型和中型民营企业在中国的企业社会责任，具有很强的现实意义。在本文中，小型和中型民营企业在中国温州市已被选定为研究对象，其企业社会责任已经深入研究的调查方法。通过研究，我们发现，中国温州中小企业对企业社会责任的一般态度是：1）企业的社会责任意识（CSR）和小型和中型民营企业在中国温州市的认知度极低;2）企业社会责任理

3、念的滞后。参与企业社会责任在中国温州市中小企业的好处是：1）参与CSR可以创造发展机会;2）参与企业社会责任有利于提升企业的竞争力;3）英语毕业论文参与CSR有利于构建品牌形象，建立企业家的个人形象和实现企业家个人价值追求;4）参与企业社会责任，有利于保护环境，并获得政府的批准。阻碍中小企业参与企业社会责任在中国温州市分别为：1）温州市中小企业缺乏权力，履行自己的社会责任;2）经济体制的变化已经越来越多承担社会责任的成本。在中国温州市中小企业在企业社会责任的一部分，主要费用产生额外的成本和费用，增加小型和中小型企业的负担。Thesmallandmedium-sizedp
