1、社区综合康复治疗高血压效果观雷召军乐山市犍为县学府社区卫生服务中心614400摘要：目的：观察社区综合康复治疗对高血压的控制情况。方法：回顾分析从2012年6月到2013年6月期间，某社区门诊综合治疗的高血压患者(n=76)的临床资料。对患者进行分级干预，通过药物干预、饮食干预、运动干预和心理干预等综合治疗高血压，观察治疗前后患者血压的情况。结果：随访6个月，经过社区练合康复沿疗fo，76例高血压患者中治疗显效14例，有效53例，无效9例，治疗有效率为88.15%。治疗后的患者的24小时平均收缩压(24hSBP)、24h舒张压(2

2、4hDBP)和24h平均动脉压(24hMABP)均有显著性下降，治疗前后的24hSBP、24hDBP和24hMABP具有显著性差异(P<0.05)0结论：社区综合康复治疗能有效降低高血压患者的血压水平，使患者戒掉不良的牛.活习惯，提高生活质量，值得推广应用。关键词：社区；综合康复治疗；高血压；药物干预；分级干预【abstract】objective:toobservethecommunitycomprehensiverehabilitationtreatmentforhighbloodpressurecontrol.Meth
