1、循证护理在胃癌化疗患者中的护理效果汤艳湖南省怀化市第一人民医院肿瘤科湖南怀化418000【摘要】目的：在临床上胃癌患者木身就已经遭受了很大的痛苦，做好后期的护理工作是实施优质护理的保障。因此，木篇文章的目的就是研宄如何在胃癌化疗患者中使用循证护理的临床效果。方法：为了便于开展研究，木次研宄采用对比分析法，选取在2014年4月-2015年4月期间到我院就诊的86例次实施胃癌化疗的患者，在研究的过程中将这86例次的胃癌化疗患者采取随机的方式分为两组。第一组患者为对照组，第二组患者为观察组，每组患者的人数均为43。对对照组的患者采取常规的护理方式实施护理、对观察组的患者

2、实施循证护理，比较两组患者在护理前后的有关护理的临床效果和患者的满意程度。结果:我们从两方面进行了对比，在满意度方面对照组的患者要明显低于观察组、在治疗的效果上观察组患者也要比对照组患者好，两组之间存在明显的差异，具有统计学上的意义，P<0.05。结论：经过研究我们发现，循证护理对于胃癌化疗患者的临床恢复起到了很好的效果，在临床护理过程中应该广泛使用。【关键词】循证护理；胃癌化疗；患者；护理效果[Abstract]Objective：inpatientswithgastriccancerinclinicalitselfhassufferedalotofpain,d
