4、vestolegaltextsandlegislativelanguage.WiththedevelopmentofChina’slegalsystem,theprofessionalskillsofthejudicialworkersneedtobefurtherenhanced.Astudyofthestrategyincourtroominteractioncannotonlyofferthejudicialworkerslinguisticguidancebutimprovetheireffici
5、encyinhandlingthosecases. Basedoncivilandcriminalcases,thispapertriestostudythestrategyofpresuppositionincourtroominteraction.Thestudyfocusesonhowtousethestrategiestomakealinguistictrapsothatthecourtdebatesdevelopinawaythatisfavorableforalltheparties.Iti
