1、.中国公民网络政治参与的适度性研究张艳娥政治与行政学院政治学与行政学专业2010级指导教师：袁春霞摘要:当今社会，网络日益成为中国公民赖以生存的一种存在方式，中国政治现代化的进程中崛起了一种新的政治现象——网络政治参与。网络政治参与改变着中国政治的传统逻辑，激活了中国的民主活力，给转型时期的中国政治发展带来了难得的机遇。但网络政治参与的不足及参与过度也使当今政治和社会面临严峻的挑战。如何正确认识、把握好当代中国公民的网络政治参与的适度性，使之真正成为推动中国民主进程的发展契机？本文以传统的政治参与理论为基础，以我国公

2、民传统政治参与和网络政治参与的实践为依据，对当代中国公民的网络政治参与适度性的困境及原因，以及如何把握适度性进行了深刻剖析，并对其发展前景进行了展望。然后表明了笔者对于中国公民网络政治参与发展前景的基本观点：以积极、理性的建设性态度对待中国公民网络政治参与的发展，在理想与现实之间寻求平衡，探索一条适合中国的网络民主发展道路。关键词:网络政治参与特征适度性困境参与不足参与过度完善对策AnalysisofmoderatepoliticalparticipationofChinesenetizensZhangyanePol
