1、对我民营银行发展的思考［夺商要］随着我W经济市场化改革的逐步深入，中小企业的发展和民间资本力量的壮大，同吋利率市场化背景下更加激烈的竞争，给民营银行带来了机遇也带来了挑战。本论文根据2014年两会金融改革的热点“允许民营资木发起设立银行,探讨了中国民营银行发展的现状，分析了民营银行在经营过程中所面临的主耍风险，在对风险成因剖析的基础上，针对影响和制约民营银行发展的因素进行分析探讨，最后给出了对于未来民营银行发展相应提出了风险防范对策建议，并以此思考我国民营银行的发展方向。本文认为，要发展民营银行，不仅需要深化我国金融体制改
