1、男性不育患者解脲支原体、沙眼衣原体感染及其对精液质量的影响杨爱景【摘要】目的探讨男性不育患者解脲支原体(UU)、沙眼衣原体(CT)感染情况及其对精液质量的影响。方法采用荧光定量聚合酶链反应(FQ-PCR)对330例男性不育患者(不育组)、148例正常生育男性(生育组)的精液进行UU、CT检测及精液常规分析。结果不育组UU、CT总检出率为49.39%,显著高于对照组14.86%(x2=49.26,p<0.01);其屮单纯UU检出率为39.09%、单纯CT检出率为16.36%,明显高于生育组12.16%、3.38%(x2
2、=34.79,p<0.01;x2=13.92,p<0.01);不育组UU、CT两者同时感染20例,检出率为6.06%,不育组UU检出率显著高于CT(x2=42.53,p<0.01)。而感染UU和/CT阳性的患者精子的密度、、活动率、活力明显低于阴性组,精子的畸形率、液化时间、闩细胞数明显高于阴性组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论UU和CT感染对精子多项指标有影响,精液质量T降,是引起男性不育的重要因素之一,对男性不育患者应常规检测UU和CT。【关键词】解脲支原体;沙眼衣原体;精子质量;男性不育;荧
