1、摘要随着知识经济时代的到来,技术俨然已成为企业资源耍素之一。1T企业中的核心员工就是最典型的知识型员工,他们是最符合当前我国知识型员工特征研宂的所有因素。IT企业中的知识型员工是企业重要的人力资本,更是掌握着企业的核心技术。因此如何激励和管理他们,探讨对TT企业中知识型员工的激励问题是十分必要,也是很有意义的。本文将从TT企业整体管理的视角,着力剖析知识型员工的激励需求来研究IT企业知识型员工的激励问题,并提出相关建议。关键词:IT企业;知识型员工;激励问题AbstractWiththeadventoftheeraofknowledgeeconom
