1、平衡针联合浮针治疗肽骨外上髁炎的疗效观湖南省农科院职工医院长沙410125【摘要】目的观察平衡针联合浮针治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床疗效，探讨其应用价值。方法将96例胧骨外上髁炎患者，随机分为平衡针4•浮针组、平衡针组和浮针组，每组32例。平衡针+浮针组采用平衡针联合浮针治疗，平衡针组采用单纯平衡针治疗，浮针组采用单纯浮针治疗，治疗3个疗程后，对比观察三组视觉模拟评分(VAS)、疼痛分级指数(PRI)及临床疗效。结果(1)三组治疗前VAS及PRI比较，差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05);治疗后VAS及PRI均低于治疗前(P<0.

2、01)o(2)治疗后VAS及PRI组间多重比较：平衡针组和浮针组比较，差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)；与平衡针+浮针组比较，差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.0lL(3)平衡针+浮针组优良率93.7%，平衡针组优良率84.4%,浮针组优良率90.6%。三组优良率比较，差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论平衡针联合浮针治疗肱骨外上髁炎疗效优于单纯平衡针、单纯浮针治疗，值得临床推广。【关键词】平衡针：浮针：肱骨外上髁炎；临床观察Efficacyepicondylitisbalanceacupunctureneed
