1、手法与闭合复位结合外固定支架治疗挠骨远端骨折分析高志涛（四川省雅安市天全县中医医院625000）【摘要】探宄手法或闭合复位与外固定支架相结合治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法选取我院骨科收治的桡骨远端骨折患者46例，分为对照组和治疗组，对照组采用单纯的手法或闭合复位后夾板固定，治疗组则在手法复位后行外支架固定，治疗后随访15个月，观察两组患者平均手术时间、住院时间、骨折愈合时间、并发症及腕关节功能恢复情况。结果对照组平均手术时间明显短于治疗组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；对照组平均住院时间和骨折愈合时间明显久于治疗组，其差异
2、亦具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；对照组并发症发生率为4.35%,明显低于对照组的26.09%,差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）;治疗组组优良率为86.96%,明显高于对照租的52.17%,差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论手法或闭合复位法结合外固定支架法在治疗桡骨远端骨折方面只有住院时间短、骨折预后较快、并发症少和功能恢复理想等优点，值得临床大力推广。【关键词】桡骨远端骨折手法复位闭合复位外固定支架【中图分类号】R2【文献标号】A【文章编号】2095-7165（2015）ll-0046-02[Abstract]ontec
