1、摘要在我国所有企业单位屮，私营企业已经成为经济发展的最有活力的力量，成为社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分，对社会的发展也奋着重要影响。私营企业在发展的同时，也面临着许多发展困境，其中一个突出的问题就是员工激励管理问题。本文将以位于二线城市的房地产公司一一A公司为例，分析私营企业发展的市场背景与当前二线城市中小型房地产企业的现状，阐述房地产企业激励机制的定义与作用，分析A公司员工激励现状存在的问题及其原因，并针对其存在的问题提出了员工激励机制的优化策略。关键词：私营企业：员工激励：激励机制AbstractInallenterprisesofourcountry,theprivateenterpr
