1、南充市城区人群艾滋病健康教育效果分析王健达州职业技术学院四川达州635001通讯作者王健，副教授，达州职业技术学院医学系主任。【摘要】目的:评估南充市城IX人群艾滋病健康教育效果。方法:在南充市城IX,随机抽取大众人群、在校学生和流动人口各509,422,205人。并用方便抽样法选取MSM109人，用面对面访问的方式进行艾滋病认知、态度和行为的问卷调查。结果：调查对象中，超过50%接受过艾滋病健康教育，MSM最高，达8073%,流动人U最低，仅2341%。四类人群中，接受干预者对艾滋病相关知识的掌握率均明显高于未接受干预者(P<005)；在流动人口和M

2、SM人群，艾滋病健康教育并未带来最近1次安全套使用率和最近6月安全套使用频率的明显变化(P>005)；大众人群和青年学生接受干预后，艾滋病歧视态度明显增加(P<005)。结论：当前所进行的艾滋病健康教育工作虽然达到了较高的覆盖率，且提高了认知水平，但并未促进态度和行为的转变，调整和改进干预策略是亟待进行的工作。【关键词】艾滋病；健康教育；效果评估EffectevaluationonAIDSrelatedhealtheducationforpeoplelivinginNanchongcityWANGJianDazhouvocationalandte
