3、rumentsusedtoassessoutesoftreatmentforAlzheimer’sdisease(AD)havenopublishedevidenceoftheirrelevanceandcontentvalidityinearlierstagesofthedisease,i.e.,mildcognitiveimpairment,orprodromalAD(pAD).Theobjectiveofthisprojecteasureinthispopulationusingqualitativemethodol
4、ogytosupportcontentvalidity.Method:Tentonstratedinthepatientintervieodificationstothesodifications,thePDQhasimprovedcontentvalidityandrelevance.Itisthereforeapotentiallyusefuloutemeasuretoevaluatetherapeuticbenefitininterventionalstudiesofpatientsintheearlystageso
