1、乳香没药挥发油对川芎体外透皮吸收的影响及其皮肤血流促透机制研究 [摘要]?文拟探索乳香、没药挥发油对川芎体外透皮吸收的影响,并从皮肤血流变化角度探讨乳香、没药挥发油可能的促透机制。通过改良的Franz扩散池和离体的小鼠皮进行体外透皮实验,HPLC测定川芎阿魏酸的累积透过量,考察乳香、没药挥发油对川芎透皮特性的影响,同时,采用激光多普勒法测定皮肤血流量。研究结果显示,川芎阿魏酸24h的累积透皮量为(8.13±0.76)μg?cm-2,氮酮组、乳香组、没药组、乳没单提混合组、乳没混合提取组分别为(48.91±4.87),(57.80±2.86),(63.34±4.56),
2、(54.17±4.40),(62.52±7.79)μg?cm-2,各组挥发油的增透倍数分别为7.68,8.26,7.26,8.28,均大于氮酮组的6.55。而且,乳香组、没药组、乳没单提混合组及乳没混合提取组大鼠分别在涂药10,20,30,10min时,血流量相比涂药前有显著性差异,有明显的增加趋势,表明乳香、没药挥发油可在一定程度上增加皮肤血流量。可知,乳香、没药挥发油配伍前后对川芎均有一定的促透作用,且可能通过增加皮肤血流量,促进药物从皮肤表皮到真皮层毛细血管的消除,从而实现促透。 [关键词]川芎;乳香没药;挥发油;透皮吸收;皮肤血流;促透机制 [Abstrac
