1、论文题目：商洛养老服务业存在问题及对策研究专业：人力资源管理班级：A0901学生：张强延签名：指导老师：李丽琴签名：摘要当今世界正走向老龄化。老年人占总人口的比例正在不断地上升，与老龄化相关的一系列社会经济问题已成为许多国家制定政策过程中的中心问题。中国作为当今世界第一人口大国,也是世界上老年人口最多的国家,人口老龄化对我国经济社会产生了深刻的影响,也给养老保障、医疗保障,特别是养老服务供给等方面造成了很大的压力。养老服务业是为老年人提供生活照顾和护理服务，满足老年人特殊生活需求的服务行业。随着商洛市人口老龄化、家庭小型化和城镇化的发展，养老服务
