2、中支付、理财、创业等的实现方式。基于互联网对各个行业一贯的革新性和国内特殊的金融环境，互联网金融的发展有其原动力和广阔前景。一方面是互联网金融的迅猛发展和良好预期，另一方面却是发展进程中企业的良莠不齐和人才的缺乏等种种问题。鉴于此，本文对互联网金融领域所需人才及人才特征进行研究，得出人才结构图，目的在于对互联网金融未来的人才建设提供一定指导。 本文通过文献梳理和案例分析，首先界定了互联网金融的概念，认为互联网金融是一个时代，并对国内外互联网金融的发展史进行了梳理；其次在十三类互联网金融模式中重点选取了其中六类典型模式，分别是第三方支
3、付、基金网销、互联网保险、大数据贷款、P2P贷款、众筹，并一一结合案例（支付宝、余额宝、众安在线、蚂蚁微贷、众筹网）对各个模式的业务流程进行分解；最后根据业务流程得出互联网金融所需人才，画出人才结构图。此外，鉴于网络银行模式尚未成熟但十分重要，在展望部分亦进行了粗浅分析。 关键词互联网金融业务流程人才结构人才特征 Abstract OverthepastfiveyearsInternetfinancialhasrisenoffromthefinancialsector.WiththeuseofInternettechnology
