1、手术室资源管理信息系统的设计与应用四川省自贡市第一人民医院四川自贡643000【摘要】目的：有效利用手术室现有的信息资源，提高手术室资源管理。方法：以SQLServer数据库为基础处理平台，采用目前主流幵发语言visualfoxpro,通过兼容性接口与医院HMIS系统对接，从实际需要设计手术室人员绩效管理、手术室设备(含腔镜器械)管理、手术室高值耗材管理的手术室资源管理信息系统。结果：手术室资源管理信息系统研发应用前，手术室护士在绩效核算过程中核算正确率85.1%(46/54),手术室护士设备管理登记的完整率86.9%(40/46)，高质耗材使用的有效率75%(2

2、1/28);研发应用后手术室护士在绩效核算过程中核算正确率98.3%(61/62)手术室护士设备管理登记的完整率100%(50/50)，高质耗材使用的有效率97%(32/33)。结论：手术室资源管理信息系统的应用提高了手术室人财物的管理效率，配合医院财务管理，完善手术室成木核算体系。【关键词】手术室资源；信息系统；成木核算【中图分类号】R197.32【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1674-8999(2015)9-0927-02Thedesignandapplicationofoperationroomresourcemanagementinformationsyst
