1、绞股蓝总甙片联合辛伐他汀治疗高脂血症作用研究张永昕1李莎恩1俞发1彭红波21.解放军458医院药剂科广东广州510602；2.广东广州番禺区何贤纪念医院检验科广东广州510602【摘要】目的：探讨绞股蓝总甙片与辛伐他汀联合治疗高脂血症的作用。方法：SD雄性大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、绞股蓝总甙组(18mg/kg)、辛伐他汀组(4mg/kg)、联合治疗组(绞股蓝总武18mg/kg、辛伐他汀4mg/kg)，每组10只。采用维生素D3腹腔注射加高脂饲料饲喂法建立高脂血症大鼠模型，各组造模同时给药，观察大鼠一般情况及体重变化，给药10周后麻醉取血，ELISA法测定大鼠血脂、脂联素(AD

2、P)、瘦素(LEP)的含量。结果：与模型组比较,绞股蓝总甙片与辛伐他汀联合治疗可显著降低大鼠血清TC、TG、LDL-C水平(P<0.01),显著升高HDL-C水平(P<0.01);同时联合治疗可显著升高大鼠血清脂联素(P<0.01)和显著降低瘦素水平(P<0.01),且其对血清脂联素水平的升高作用优于绞股蓝总甙片或辛伐他汀单用组。结论：绞股蓝总甙片联合辛伐他汀对高脂血症只有明显的治疗作用。【关键词】绞股蓝总甙片；辛伐他汀；高脂血症；联合治疗【中图分类号】R453【文献标识码】B【文章编号】1674-8999(2015)8-0408-02EffectofG
