1、摘要摘要随着我国改革开放的深入发展，私营企业借助改革开放的东风，作为国民经济的一支重要的生力军活跃在经济领域的舞台上，为社会主义现代化建设做出了重要的贡献。私营企业之所以能够在社会主义现代化建设中取得这么大的成就，既得益于党和国家政策的大力支持和鼓励，更离不开私营企业思想政治教育工作的卓有成效。然而，当前私营企业思想政治教育还面临很多急需解决的问题，如何加强私营企业的思想政治教育，确保思想政治教育这条生命线在私营经济领域内强劲搏动，是我国特殊国情条件下经济形势的发展和经济体制转换的必然要求，也是新的历

2、史条件下亟待研究和解决的一个重大课题。本文立足于私营企业实际，在对当前私营企业思想政治教育现状进行调查分析的基础上，对当前私营企业思想政治教育的问题与对策分四个部分进行了阐述：第一部分，结合实际分析了当前私营企业思想政治教育研究的理论意义和现实意义，并对现有的私营企业思想政治教育研究的理论成果进行了梳理，为后面的研究打下基础。第二部分，理清研究对象，界定私营企业、私营思想政治教育等基本概念的内涵与特征。第三部分，在对当前私营企业思想政治教育调查数据统计分析的基础上，明确了当前私营企业思想政治教育的现状
