1、［摘要］目的研宄并确定本地区使用IQ200全自动尿沉渣分析仪检测健康成人尿沉渣的参考范围。方法选取2013年9月〜2015年1月本院的2225份健康体检者的正常尿标本作为研究对象，采用HT-2000尿干化学分析仪和尿液离心镜检两种方法进行检测，采用IQ200尿沉渣分析仪检测白细胞、红细胞、透明管型。比较21〜40、41〜60、〉60岁3个年龄组及不同性别之间的差异。采用百分位数法确定3项指标的参考范围。结果男性及女性不同年龄组的红细胞、白细胞、透明管型比较，差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)o各个年龄组男女性别之间的红细胞、白细胞比较，

2、差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。IQ200尿沉渣分析仪在95%可信区间的参考范围为：男性红细胞0〜11个/u1，白细胞0〜12个/ul;女性红细胞0〜12个/ul，白细胞0〜19个/yl;透明管型男女均为0〜1个/u1。结论本研宄确立的尿沉渣参考范围真实可信，可以应用于实际工作中，能够为临床疾病的诊断、疗效观察提供可靠依据。［关键词］IQ200尿沉渣分析仪;健康人群；红细胞;白细胞；透明管型；参考范围［中图分类号］R446.12［文献标识码］A［文章编号］1674-4721(2016)10(c)-0158-03［Abstract］Ob
