1、不同护理液在经口气管插管患者口腔护理中的效果研究滨州医学院山东烟台264003摘要：目的：研究不同护理液在经口气管插管患者口腔护理中的效果。方法：采用随机抽样法，选取2014年12月-2015年12月在木院行经口气管插管的126患者进行研究，按口腔护理所用不同护理液分为三组，各42例，双氧水组行3%过氧化氢溶液清洗，蒸馏水组行蒸馏水清洗，生理盐水组行0.9%生理盐水清洗，比较三组护理前后U咽部细菌数、口腔PH值，及护理后口腔总体健康及VAP发生情况。结果：三组护理后口咽部细菌数、口腔PH值均较护理

2、前有所改善，双氧水组改善幅度均比蒸馏水组、牛.理盐水组大，蒸馏水组改善幅度比生理盐水组大（P<0.05；双氧水组U腔总体健康情况比蒸馏水组、生理盐水组好，MVAP发生率均比蒸馏水组、生理盐水组低（P<0.05）。结论：双氧水护理经口气管插管患者口腔护理中，可提高口腔清洁度，降低感染率，值得推广。关键词：护理液；经U气管插管；U腔护理Theeffectofdifferentnursingfluidonoralnursingcareofpatientswithoralendotrachealintub
