1、薏苡非种仁部位及不同产地不同采收期茎中多糖的含量测定【摘要】目的对薏苡非种仁部位(根、茎和叶)及不同产地、不同采收期茎的多糖进行含量测定,并进行品质评价,寻找薏苡新的药用部位。方法采用苯酚-硫酸法。结果非种仁部位中多糖含量分别为:根54.374mg·g-1,茎56.9322mg·g-1和叶52.7549mg·g-1;不同产地茎中多糖含量分别为:陕西汉中汉台区82.7759mg·g-1,广西恭城79.7661mg·g-1,云南大度岗74.3052mg·g-1,四川峨眉山69.89mg·g-1,四川成都中医药大学植物园63.3784mg
2、·g-1,四川新津59.6986mg·g-1,云南景洪55.7829mg·g-1,湖北恩施52.7549mg·g-1,四川大学华西植物园38.5851mg·g-1;不同采收期(6~11月)茎中多糖含量呈递增趋势。结论非种仁部位多糖含量中,根、茎和叶的含量差异不大,并稳定在比较高的水平上,从资源的综合和可持续利用的角度考虑,建议薏苡的非种仁部位可作为薏苡多糖的稳定来源,可以入药;不同产地中薏苡茎的多糖含量差异较大,说明产地的气候、土壤等条件对薏苡多糖含量有明显影响;不同采收期(6~11月)中薏苡茎的多糖含量随着时间的推移而逐渐增加,表
