1、肠结核患者心理健康与社会支持状况的调查分析贾佳1陈涛2赵逵1*孙泽群3(1遵义医学院附属医院消化内科贵州遵义563000；2湖北医药学院附属人民医院祌经内科湖北十堰442000；3湖北医药学院附属人民医院消化内科湖北十堰442000)摘要目的调查肠结核患者心理健康状况与社会支持状况及其关系。方法对48例肠结核患者及对照组使用症状自评量表(SCL-90｝、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)进行评定，结果采用t检验、相关分析进行统计分析。结果同对照组相比，肠结核患者存在明显心理障碍，尤其以躯体化、人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑、恐惧等显著
2、(P<0.01)。肠结核患者的社会支持总分、客观支持、主观支持和支持利用度明显低于对照组，差异只有统计学意义(p<o.oi);心理健康评分与支持总分、支持利用度呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论肠结核患者心理健康问题严重,社会支持低,患者的心理健康与其社会支持状况密切相关。关键词：肠结核；心理状况；社会支持中图分类号：R524文献标识码：BAstudyofthepsychologicalhealthandsocialfactorsinpatientswithintestinaltuberculosisJI
