2、arketsandgreaterdemand;ontheotherhand,enterprisesarealsofacingmoreintensecompetition.Itinducesthecompetitionchangefromenterprisephasetosupplychainphase.Inthiscontext,“howcanweeffectivelyimprovethecompetitivenessofenterprisesandthesupplychain”tobecomeaveryimportanttheoreticalandpracticalsign
3、ificancetothesubject.Inthispaper,usingthesupplychainview,wetrytoguidethesecompaniestomakethebestpurchasingdecisionsindifferentstagesofimplementationJITprocurementsystem.WhiletheimplementationofJITprocurementsystemisstillintheinitialstage,thathowtomakethebestpurchasingstrategyisaffectedbybot
4、hraditionalprocurementsystemandJITprocurementsystem.Wetrytoguidethesecompaniestomakethebestpurchasingdecisions.Thenthispaperdiscussesfixedtransportationcostsandunitshortagecostfactorsonthechoiceoforderquantity,thetotalcostanddeliverypoint,anditcomestoaconclusion:fixedtransportationcostshigh
5、er,firmstendtoreducethedeliverynumberoftimes;whileunitshortagecostishigher,itisbettertoincreasetheorderquantityoftheenterprise.Inthispaperweattempttofillagapintheexistingliterature,muchofwhichfocusesondirect,two-echelon,buyer–suppliercoordination.Consideringathree-echelon,morecomplexstructu
