1、福州发展“智慧养老”服务模式研究【承商要】自2000年开始，我国开始进入了人口老龄化社会。而随着国家经济和科技的快速发展，生活水•〒•、医疗技术的显著提高以及生育观念的改变，全国人口老龄化的趋势更加严峻。但是在现冇的养老服务模式下，社会上捉供的养老服务，不管是数S还是质虽上都难以满记U益增长养老服务耑求，所以改善现冇养老服务模式将是我国社会保障丄作的重要课题。2010年11月，TBM提出了“智慧的城市”这一个新的概念，运用物联网、云计算等新一代信息技术手段构建一个完善的、智慧的城市系统，从而对城市中的各种城市活动提供更加智能和人性化的服务，为市民创造更美好的城市生活。在这理
2、念的启示下，将新一代信息技术和现有养老服务模式结合产生的““智慧养老””，是应对严峻的养老14题的-•道良方。木文在福州市人口老龄化和建设“智慧城市”的背景下，对福州发展“智慧养老”服务模式进行研究，分析总结福州n前“智慧养老”的发展现状；然后根据国内城市的“智慧养老”的实践总结经验，最后提出推进福州“智慧养老”服务模式发展的可行性建议。【关键词】人口老龄化；“智慧养老”；服务模式；可行性建议FuzhoudevelopmentwisdomendowmentservicemodeIresearchAbstractSince2000，Chinabegantoenterintot
