1、更昔洛韦联合泼尼松治疗带状疱疹的临床效果观察王泽芳1周君武2唐艳2石宇2陈冷萍2(四川省双流县第一人民医院610000)【摘要】目的：观察更昔洛韦联合泼尼松治疗带状疱疹的临床效果。方法：将我院收治的78例带状疱疹患者随机分为观察组39例和对照组39例。观察组患者在常规治疗的基础上行更昔洛韦联合泼尼松治疗，对照组患者在常规治疗的基础上行单纯的更昔洛韦治疗。评价两组患者的临床治疗效果，统计患者临床症状的改善时间；同时，检测患者治疗前后血清白细胞介素-16(IL-6)和白细胞介素-10(IL-10)的表达水平；并统计患者治疗后带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)的发生率。结果：观

2、察组患者临床治疗的总有效率为92.31%,对照组为79.48%,两组比较，差异只有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；观察组患者治疗后平均止疱时间、结痂时间、脱痂时间及疼痛缓解时间均短于对照组(P均＜0.05);治疗后，观察组患者血清IL-6、IL-10的指标水平均低于对照组(P均＜0.05)。同时，治疗后第4周末、第8周末，观察组患者PHN的发生率均低于对照组(P均＜0.05)。结论：更昔洛韦联合泼尼松治疗带状疱疹的临床效果显著，能有效降低患者PHN的发生率。【关键词】带状疱疹；更昔洛韦；泼尼松；后遗神经痛【中图分类号】R752.1+2【文献标识码】B【文章编号】1003
