1、⑧硕士擘位论丈MASTERSTtIESIS中文摘要教师专业化是世界教师教育发展的趋势和潮流,也是马来西亚华文独立中学教师教育改革的现实需要和努力方向。当前各国教师的培训机构和管理保障制度,都实现相应的重大变革。教师专业化已成为促进教师教育发展和提高教师社会地位的成功策略。因而,关注教师专业化,敏锐地感应这种变化,抓住机遇,迎接挑战,是马来西亚华文教育各级单位及学校校长、教师必须面对的重要问题。然而在马来西亚,单元化教育政策使华文教育由民间筹办,特别是华文独立中学就此长期面对发展与生存的波折和挑战,经营不易。基于
2、教育法令的限制,华文独立中学的师资不获政府培训,而自行开展的培训机制也有不足之处,因此其教师长久以来就面对“量”与“质”的不足,这严重威胁到它的发展。本文结合马来西亚华文独立中学教师专业化队伍的建设和师资培训的现状,提出对其教师专业化的要求,同时借由各国教师培训体制现状所带来的启示,提出可行的解决途径。并建立一个完善的教师资格鉴定制度,进而推动教师专业化培训机制,以解决长期以来面对的师资不稳定和专业性不足的问题。关键词;华文独立中学;教师专业化;培训机制⑨硕士学位论文MASTER’sTHESISAbstract

5、unitsfromMalaysiaChineseEducafonSystem,andtheleadersfrommostoftheprimaryandsecondaryschools.However,ChineseEducmionhaslongbeenignoredbyMalaysiaNationalEducationSystemduetonationalpolicyandstrategy,especiallyChineseIndependenceSecondarySchoolsinMalaysia.Theyh
6、avebeenstrugglinginsurviving,andnotbeenreceivinganyformsofsupport,bothfinanciallyandlrainingdevelopment,fromNationalEducationSystem.Basically,theChineseIndependenceSecondarySchoolsinMalaysiaalereplyingonthefinancialandspiritualsupportfromthelocalChinesecommu
