6、·····································································58个人简历··········································································································59中文摘要河北省某综合性三甲医院青年临床医学骨干人才评价指标体系构建研究摘要目的:构建一套青年临床医学骨干人才评价指标体系,为河北省某综合性三甲医院人力资源管理部门评价青年临床医学骨干人才提供参考
7、借鉴。同时,考核评价结果在青年临床医学骨干人才的外出进修学习、职称晋升、评优评先和干部选拔等方面可作为客观依据。利用客观、公正的评价结果,加强对青年临床医学骨干人才的规范化管理,达到提高青年临床医学骨干人才的综合素质、增强医院综合实力的目的。方法:根据相关政策文件,结合医院的实际情况和客观条件,运用文献研究法和德尔菲法建立青年临床医学骨干人才评价指标体系。并运用线性插值法,对河北省某综合性三甲医院的青年临床医学骨干人才的2015-2016年医疗、教学、科研等方面的情况进行评价,根据评价结果检验指标体系的信度和效度。最后,探讨优化青年临床医学骨干人才评价的
