4、················25中文摘要肠道菌群失调可增加脑卒中风险摘要脑血管病在中国近年已跃升为首位死因,其高发病率、高致残率、高死亡率已成为全球性公共卫生问题。近年来,越来越多的研究发现肠道菌群失调与脑卒中密切相关。肠道菌群失调可通过多种机制影响脑卒中的危险因素如肥胖、高血压、高脂血症、糖尿病,还参与动脉粥样硬化及血栓形成过程,最终影响脑卒中的病理生理机制。脑卒中后肠道菌群失调,紊乱的肠道功能及其菌群可影响脑卒中预后。它通过菌群移位、肠道细菌代谢产物及其免疫调节等多种机制影响脑卒中结局。针对
5、肠道菌群治疗的手段主要有粪菌群移植、益生菌、益生元、抗菌剂,还有一些传统中药等。以肠道菌群为靶点来进行疾病治疗得到了科学家们的高度关注。已有一些研究报道通过调节肠道菌群来改善生理功能、延缓疾病进展。肠道菌群失调在心脑血管疾病中的作用日益受到重视,从调节肠道菌群入手来治疗脑卒中可能是脑血管病领域的重大突破。关键词:脑卒中,代谢综合征,动脉粥样硬化,血栓形成,菌群移植,益生菌1英文摘要DysbiosisofgutmicrobiotacanincreasetheriskofstrokeABSTRACTCe
