1、东莞市手足口病临床特征和高危人群危险因素研究［摘要］目的探讨东莞市手足口病的临床特征及影响手足口病发生的危险因素。方法选择来我本院就诊的手足口病患儿118例为研究对象，同时选择100例来自东莞市10个街道正常儿童为正常对照。归纳分析患儿的临床特征，并进行问卷调查，采用Logistic回归方法进行高危人群危险因素分析。结果本组118例患儿年龄7个月〜11岁，中位年龄2.6岁，男72例，女46例，患儿发热106例(89.8%),全部患儿均有皮疹，病原学实验总检测阳性率为47.5%(56/118)。多因素Logistic回归分析发现影响手足口病发生的独立危险因素有就诊前10d内

2、与类似症状者接触史、游乐园接触史、饭前便后洗手习惯、家中养猫、家长对手足口病的了解程度。结论就诊前10d内与类似症状者接触史、游乐园接触史、饭前便后洗手习惯、家中养猫、家长对手足口病的了解程度是影响手足口病患儿发病的独立危险因素，其中家长对手足口病的了解程度、家中养猫、饭前便后洗手习惯是手足口病患儿发病保护因素。［关键词］儿童；手足口病；致病危险因素分类号］R725.1［文献标识码］B［文章编号］2095-0616(2013)22-60-03Theclinicalcharacteristicsandriskfactorsofhand-foot-mouthdiseasein
