1、关于幼儿园男教师缺失问题的研究摘要据了解，目前幼儿园男教师缺失问题严重，这个问题直接导致学前儿童在幼儿园接受教育的同时，逐渐显现出来的单一性别教师的片而性和不完整性等问题。本文通过问卷、访谈等方式，对幼儿园男教师缺失问题进行了调查，结果表明：学前教育专业男生存在职业性别上的束缚、社会舆论压力大、社会地位低、学校课程设置没有充分考虑到男生的特殊性、目前幼儿教师的工资收入低等问题。孩子的成长不仅需要女老师的细心呵护，同样也需要男老师的果断坚强。幼儿园男教师的教学对儿童社会技能提高有着重要的作用。随着幼儿的自理能力增强，与外部世界的互动也越来越多，扩大交流的范
