1、PFLCP与PFNA内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效分析吴椰明赵海燕刘海生邯郸市人民医院骨科河北邯郸056001【摘要】目的探讨股骨近端锁定钢板(PFLCPb与股骨近端防旋髓内钉(PFNA)治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效.方法对65例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者采用PFLCP内固定28例(PFLCP组),PFNA内固定治疗37例(PFNA组).比较两组的手术时间、术中透视时间、术中出血量、下地负重时间、术后并发症发生率、Harris评分优良率六项指标.结果两组在手术时间、术中出血、下地负重时间及术后并发症发生率方面差异有统计学意义(

2、P<0.05)，而在术中透视时间和Harris评分优良率方面，差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05).结论PFNA内固定手术时间短、创伤小、出血少、下地早、并发症少，较PFLCP组具有显著优势，而PFLCP内固定用于治疗EvansI一111型股骨粗隆间骨折也可以取得良好的临床效果.【关键词】股骨粗隆间骨折；老年；股骨近端锁定钢板；股骨近端防旋髓内钉；内固定ThecurativeeffectanalysisofinterfixationbyPFLCPorPFNAtotreatthesenilityfemoralintertrochante
