1、毒品犯罪的现状与对策张琦TheSituationandCountermeasuresofDrugCrimeZhang,Qi2014年4月3日摘要毒品问题自古以来就是影响社会秩序的一大严重问题，它不仅危害着人类的健康问题，对社会稳定也有着极大的影响。自毒品问题出现以来，我们的国家和全世界各国从坚持抑制毒品的角度出发，在抵制毒品上做出了很大的努力。但是，随着国际毒品形势在金三角、金新月等地的日益严峻，近些年，不断有毒品输入到云南、广东、香港等地，越来越多的毒品被不法分子用各种手段倾销出去。毒品的问题给我国造成了不可磨灭的影响。本文就概念和特征的研宄。采用犯罪学分析的模式，

2、指出毒品犯罪在我国的原因指有自然原因，社会原因和个人原因。同时指出了由于国际毒品蔓延和国内毒品有关因素的影响，毒品问题发展的总体趋势没有得到根本改变。禁止毒品犯罪的形势依然严峻，任务的完成依然艰难。根据毒品犯罪在中国的情况和禁止毒品的现实，提出了针对毒品犯罪六点对策。首先，它是健全毒品立法，其次是完善毒品司法，第三是加强执法力度，第四开展国际合作，五是开展毒品宣传，六是建立无毒社区。关键词：毒品犯罪原因现状防治对策AbstractDrugproblemsincetheancienttimesisaseriousproblemaffectingthesocialorde
